I took the chance to be my
best friend’s bridesmaid in her wedding last Saturday. I chose a lovely pink
strapless bridesmaid dress with flowers. As her best friend, I spent my
precious ten years with her. She shared every happy moment with me after we
became good friends. She listened to my advice when she met with her Mr. Right.
I was so happy to see her
being a happy bride. When she was at the age of 17, she lost her mother and
could not even found the strength to continue. I comforted her and encouraged
her to move on. I took her to the zoo to see the cute elephant. I accompanied
her to see the funny movies. It took her two year to walk away from the shadows.
She refused to show her sorrow to the strangers and chose to cry in the
darkness. I understood her feelings and was around her all the time.
Eventually, she stepped in
the church and went to her beloved man for the rest of her life. I was so glad
that she could finally let the go of her mother.
