When I was a young kid, my parents chose to
keep me at home and left some anime DVDs for me to watch. That explains why I
am an anime fan and also explains why I am a cosplayer. I spent most of my
childhood with those characters and I sometimes even assume that I myself is in
the anime and fight with them as a group together.

In the cosplay club in my school, I got to
know the other cosplayers and made friends with some of them. We were friends
that would keep our everlasting friendship during our whole life.

I still remember we spent one month to prepare
for the cosplay competition. I was in charge of ordering the costumes. I
carefully asked them what character they were going to play and got their
measurements. I typed their sizes in my computer and ordered them from a famous
online shop. It did not take quite a long time for the costumes to come. I was
really thankful that the company even gave me some discount for making a large
order. When we received the package, everyone could not help waiting to try
them on. Luckily, the company sold what they advertised. And the measurement I
took helped a lot.
